Susette is a lifelong Alaskan and has settled in Eagle River with her family. She was self-employed for twelve years before advancing into Real Estate. She believes matching the right renter with the right property is critical. She enjoys managing rentals and helping families find a good place to live in a great community. She also knows the concerns of owners and the challenges of navigating residential landlord tenant law. Since moving to Eagle River she's gone from being a renter to a homeowner and investor. Susette prides herself on timely communication and honesty in all her work. Her practice is focused on the Eagle River/Chugiak area.

Marc is from Valdez Alaska. He served in the Air Force for 20 years as an Aircraft Loadmaster and decided to retire back in Alaska. He and his wife own multiple rental properties both in Alaska and Washington. Marc understands the challenges of home ownership and is determined to make your experience as simple as possible. He enjoys the outdoors, power sports, aviation and discovering what’s beyond the end of the trail.
